Mitch Naumoff is a partner in Chapman’s Asset Securitization Department. He represents asset managers, issuers, financial institutions, and investors in the structuring and assessment of financial products, particularly CLOs, as well as CDOs and other asset-backed securities.

Mitch provides advice to banks and end-users regarding compliance with Title VII and the Volcker Rule provisions of the Dodd-Frank Act. In addition, he has experience documenting swap transactions, including total return, interest rate, and credit default swaps. 

Mitch has also represented sponsors and investors in tender option bond programs as well as financial institutions as providers of repurchase agreements, forward delivery agreements, escrow reinvestment agreements, and guaranteed investment contracts for municipal entities.
